Once your claim is processed, a claims representative will contact you, generally by the end of the business day. We’ll gather some additional information, answer any questions, and direct you to the nearest Service Center.
Our excellent network of Service Centers will quickly assess your vehicle, determine the necessary repairs and communicate those to our adjuster. The adjuster will coordinate the repairs and restore order in your life.
